Global Financial Consultant - Credit, Investments & Financial Instruments

ODAS Global Consulting LTD is expanding its global advisory and origination activities and is seeking a Global Financial Consultant with proven experience in credit, investments, and financial instruments, including Letters of Credit (LC) and Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC).

This role is designed for professionals who combine financial advisory expertise with commercial and client-facing capabilities, supporting international clients across trade finance, structured credit, and investment-related transactions.

Role Overview

As a Global Financial Consultant, you will advise, structure, and support the placement of financial solutions for corporate clients, traders, project developers, and investors. The role includes both consulting and commercial responsibilities, focusing on identifying client needs, proposing appropriate financial structures, and coordinating execution with financial institutions, investment partners, and counterparties.

Investment-related responsibilities include advising on capital allocation strategies, investment structuring, and the use of financial instruments to support or secure investment transactions. This may involve working with private investors, funds, or corporate clients seeking capital deployment, project funding, or investment-backed trade structures.

This position does not involve acting as a bank, fund, or issuer. The role is advisory and origination-focused, supporting compliant and execution-ready financial and investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on credit solutions, investment structures, and financial instruments (LC, SBLC, BG, trade finance tools)
• Support investment advisory activities, including capital structuring, transaction support, and investment readiness
• Identify client needs and propose suitable capital, credit, and investment structures
• Originate, present, and support the sale of financial instrument and investment-related solutions
• Support preparation, review, and alignment of term sheets, mandates, and transaction documentation
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, investment funds, intermediaries, and legal advisors
• Manage client relationships throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Assess counterparty, jurisdictional, regulatory, and execution risks
• Support cross-border trade, commodity, project finance, and investment transactions
• Contribute to business development and long-term client portfolio growth

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in credit, investments, trade finance, or structured finance
• Strong working knowledge of SBLCs, LCs, BGs, and related financial instruments
• Experience with investment transactions, capital structuring, or investor-facing advisory
• Background in banking, financial consulting, investment advisory, or trade finance sales
• Ability to clearly explain complex financial and investment structures to clients
• Experience working with international clients and multi-jurisdictional transactions
• Strong understanding of transaction documentation and financial processes
• Commercial mindset combined with professional ethics and compliance awareness
