Global Finance & Operations Lead - Ireland Buildout

Olema Oncology is seeking a Senior Director of International Finance & Operations to establish the Ireland entity and lead finance operations. Based in Dublin with 10% travel, the role drives VAT compliance, payroll coordination, and integration with global financial systems.

Reporting to Finance leadership, you will manage cross-functional workplans, risk mitigation, and documentation to ensure timely audits and regulatory compliance while supporting international expansion into Ireland.
