Global Fellowship Learning Architect & Scale Designer

Faculty is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to design and scale our Fellowship learning experience across regions. You will partner with the Fellowship team and Head of Talent Development to shape curricula, mentor tools, and train-the-trainer models while building modular, scalable learning architectures that support growth.

You will work with SMEs, facilitators and operations to ensure high-quality delivery, track outcomes and lead capability projects across the business.
