Global Express Captain - UK (NTR, Training Provided)

Take the left seat on a Global Express and lead premium operations with safety, professionalism, and poise. You will set the tone for a high performing cockpit, partner seamlessly with your crew and operations teams, and deliver a refined experience for every flight-all while upholding the highest regulatory and company standards.
What you will do- Act as PIC, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations from briefing to shutdown.
- Lead by example-fostering strong CRM, teamwork, and clear communication with crew, passengers, and ground teams.
- Exercise sound judgment and decisive action in dynamic, time critical situations.
- Manage workload effectively across all phases of flight, prioritising safety and operational excellence.
- Adhere to company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all applicable regulations.
- Operate flexibly to meet schedule requirements, including irregular hours when needed.
- Right to work: Unrestricted right to live and work in the United Kingdom (no sponsorship).
- Leadership & teamwork: Proven ability to inspire, collaborate, and maintain a calm, professional cockpit.
- Decision making: Strong, data driven judgement under pressure.
- Workload management: Excellent planning, prioritisation, and situational awareness.
- Professional standards: Uncompromising commitment to safety, compliance, and company policies.

- Flexibility: Willingness to operate to a flexible roster.
- Total time: 5000 hours
- PIC time: 2500 hours
- License: ATPL (Accepted: EASA)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Type rating: NTR - Not required (Training Provided)
Type rating and differences training will be provided for successful candidates. You will participate in recurrent training and checking to maintain peak proficiency and safety standards.
