Global Event Workforce Lead - F1 Merch & Operations

stichd is seeking an Event Workforce Manager to lead staffing for merchandise stalls at Formula One events globally. You will coordinate workforce planning matrices for each race, ensure compliant and cost-effective staff deployment, and manage relationships with internal teams and external staffing agencies.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder liaison skills and experience with high-volume event operations.
