Global Employee Wellbeing Programme Lead

Haleon is seeking a Programme Manager for Employee Health and Wellbeing based in London. You will mobilise and deliver Haleon's global wellbeing initiatives, including the flagship Oral Health Programme, coordinating with regional teams, sites and external partners.

You will establish governance, measure outcomes, manage systems and dashboards, and report progress to senior stakeholders. This role demands delivery focus, cross-functional collaboration and data-driven improvement across markets.
