Global Director, FP&A & Financial Control

Elemis in Bristol is seeking a Director of Financial Planning and Control to lead FP&A, Management Accounting and Transformation. You will report to the CFO and shape the planning, governance and performance framework across the group.

This transformational, commercially minded leader will build a best-in-class finance function, develop a high-performing team of 15-25, and drive global budgeting, forecasting and KPI delivery.
