Global Delivery Lead - Technical Programs

Solidus Labs is hiring a senior Technical Program Manager to own product delivery execution across multiple squads in a distributed environment. You will establish repeatable cadences, reporting, and a robust decision log, bridging the NY-Europe gap with async-first ceremonies.

You will lead agile ceremonies, coach engineering leads, and ensure delivery health metrics are tracked, while maintaining Jira and Confluence as the single source of truth for leadership visibility.
