Global Deal Desk Director

Anthropic is seeking a Deal Desk leader to own and scale the international desk for EMEA and APAC. You will build and run a three-person team, partner with regional sales, and manage complex, non-standard deals with multi-year and consumption models while maintaining pricing discipline.

You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Accounting to ensure seamless quote-to-order, with robust approvals and clean order management.
