Global Compliance & Risk Leader - Payments

NALA in London seeks a Head of Compliance to build and lead a world-class function overseeing AML/CTF, licensing, and regulatory reporting for consumer and Rafiki B2B payments. You will protect licences, approvals and the company's reputation while enabling rapid product delivery across frontier markets.

You will manage MLROs across UK, EU, US, and Canada, scale US operations, and partner with regulators, banks and acquirers.
