Global Commercialisation & Design Lead

Pladis is seeking a Commercialization and Design Specialist to lead end-to-end delivery of Godiva's global innovation and renovation projects across channels. You will coordinate Brand, Commercial, R&D, Packaging, and Supply Chain with regional teams to land on time, on cost, and in line with premium brand standards.

Based at the Chiswick Campus, you'll own regional design requests, ensure briefs are complete, run prioritisation with the Design Studio, and keep a live tracker.
