Global Clinical Trial Manager - Lead Phase I-IV Trials

Discover International is partnering with a UK-based CRO to appoint a Clinical Trial Manager who will lead the operational delivery of Phase I-IV trials for pharma and biotech sponsors. You will manage cross-functional teams and study timelines from start-up through close-out.

Responsibilities include end-to-end trial oversight, line management of CRAs/CRCs, sponsor communications, and budget/vendor oversight. You will ensure inspection readiness and regulatory compliance across UK/EU frameworks.
