The Profile

You are a proven CEO, Managing Director or senior executive with a strong track record in manufacturing and consumer goods.

You bring:

• Experience leading and scaling manufacturing / distribution led organisations
• A deep understanding of consumer markets, brand positioning and route to market strategy
• International exposure, with the ability to operate across multiple regions
• Strong commercial and operational acumen, with a focus on sustainable growth
• The ability to introduce structure and governance without diluting entrepreneurial spirit
