Global Change Leadership Architect

Jellycat seeks a seasoned Change Leader to own a global change control process across multiple systems and functions. You will partner with the Global Business Transformation Director and senior stakeholders to shape the framework, governance and reporting.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive continuous improvement, ensure risk-based decisions and deliver clear communications to executives worldwide.
