Job Description
ERM seeks a CDE Standardisation Lead to shape a global delivery framework. You will translate strategy into standards, governance, and tools that enable consistent delivery across regions, while aligning with digital transformation and AI initiatives.
This is a high-impact, enterprise-scale leadership role with significant cross-functional sponsorship. You will partner with senior leaders, manage multi-workstream programmes, build reusable templates, workflows, and SOPs, and coach matrixed teams
