Global C2C & MRO Optimization Manager

Rolls-Royce plc in Derby is seeking a Customer to Customer Manager to join the Trent XWB Value Stream. Lead a cross-functional IPT to reduce shop time, improve performance and deliver on operational and financial commitments.

You will own the 5-year C2C vision and govern Aftermarket performance, coordinating with overhaul bases and programme leads. The role requires experience in leading multi-functional teams, strong communication, and relationship-management skills, with a drive to deliver
