NCC Group is seeking a Senior Benefits Partner to shape a global benefits strategy and translate it into locally compliant programmes across regions. The role partners with Reward, HR, Finance and Legal to ensure cost-effective, equitable benefits while meeting regulatory requirements.

You will lead broker relationships, renewals, and enrolment activities, and oversee retirement/pension schemes across jurisdictions to attract and retain talent.
