Job Description
RAC is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to deliver technical training for McLaren Automotive worldwide. Based in Woking, you will develop engaging materials and support the global retailer network with regular national and international travel.
You will collaborate with the Technical, Aftersales and Training teams, ensuring training quality standards and contributing to the global training strategy. CIPD/CTP or equivalent and City & Guilds Level 3 Mechanical qualification are preferred.
