Global Affiliate & Partnerships Strategist

Dr. Martens is seeking an Integrated Channel Manager - Affiliates & Partnerships to shape the global affiliate strategy and drive growth across channels. You'll balance brand integrity with performance, aligning with Paid, Organic and other Integrated channels.

You'll manage partner performance, governance and optimisation across a diverse landscape, collaborating with Commercial, Finance and Legal teams to set guardrails and opportunities.
