Global Affiliate & Creator Strategy Lead

Kraken is seeking a senior affiliate and KOL leader to own and scale the global affiliate programme and drive the Consumer Growth strategy.

You will recruit and manage key partners, set terms, budgets, and measure ROI across regions including North America, LATAM, Europe and APAC, collaborating with data teams to optimize cohorts and retention. This is a hands-on, autonomous, senior individual-contributor role with global scope.
