Job Description
Search-Select LTD is seeking an experienced finance leader to own the global Accounting & Control function. Reporting to the CFO, this senior role drives compliance, audits, and financial reporting across Europe, Africa, and Latin America.
You will lead regional teams, manage external audits, and advance automation and data analytics within finance. The role requires senior leadership experience in a multinational setting, strong US GAAP expertise, and a track record of building robust control
