Glass Operative

Chase Taylor Recruitment is working with a national supplier of specialist fire rated and acoustic glass to appoint committed, driven and keen glass cutters in their factory in Bristol. Previous experience in this role and working in a glass factory is essential.

This is a permanent, full time role, working Monday to Fridays.

• Cut glass of various thicknesses by hand or by operating glass production machinery including Bottero Cutting Tables and/or Vertical Saws.
• Perform heavy lifting and manual handling as required.
• Work to tight deadlines.
• Maintain health & safety standards in the workplace.
• Follow quality control methods and accurately follow verbal and written instructions.
• Demonstrate strong organisation skills.
