Glasgow Retail Leader - Multi-Site Growth & Team Excellence

Sky UK is seeking a Retail Leader for our Glasgow multi-site operation. You will lead and develop teams across Sky Retail hubs and stores, delivering outstanding customer experiences while achieving commercial targets.

In this pivotal role, you will coach staff, analyse KPIs, and drive performance across multiple locations. You'll work 40 hours a week, 5 days out of 7, across Glasgow sites, with a focus on inclusivity and strong team culture.
