German-Speaking O2C Lead in Porto

Cross Border Talents is recruiting for a senior O2C leader for a global medical technology company operating in Porto. You will own the end-to-end O2C cycle, driving order-to-cash operations, collections strategies, and process improvements.

The role requires 5-7 years in O2C/Finance Ops with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, fluent German and strong English, and a willingness to relocate to Porto. On-site, Monday-Friday, with relocation support and meal allowance.
