We're looking for a driven Account Executive (SMB) to join a global SaaS leader in marketing automation and customer data platforms - trusted by some of the world's most innovative e-commerce brands.

The Opportunity

As an SMB Account Executive, you'll take ownership of the full sales cycle - from initial qualification to close - helping high-potential businesses unlock the power of first-party data and drive customer engagement at scale.

You'll be joining a collaborative team in Dublin where top performers are empowered to take smart risks, build meaningful client relationships, and continuously grow - both personally and professionally.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing a high-velocity sales pipeline across the DACH market
• Running full-cycle SaaS sales: qualifying, demoing, influencing, and closing deals
• Advising e-commerce and retail clients on scalable, data-driven marketing solutions
• Consistently meeting and exceeding your revenue targets

What You Bring to the Table

• 2 years of experience in a new-business focused AE role within MarTech or SaaS
• Proven success selling to C-level or senior marketing stakeholders
• Strong understanding of e-commerce or D2C/retail brand challenges
• A track record of closing business in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder sales environment
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Full work authorization to work in Ireland
