Geography Teacher Nelson

About the role:

Justteachers is seeking an Geography Teacher who is looking for a Long term role, in a Secondary school in the Nelson area on a full time basis. The role is set to commence from September 2026 with the school looking at interviewing during the summer term.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching KS3 and KS4 Geography curriculum
• Planning engaging lessons using fieldwork and data
• Assessing and monitoring pupil progress

Pre-requisites:

• QTS or equivalent UK teaching qualification
• Strong curriculum knowledge across KS3 and KS4
• Experience delivering engaging geography lessons
• Effective behaviour and classroom management skills
