Geography Teacher

Position

Geography Teacher (full time). Start: September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Teach Geography to pupils, primarily at GCSE level.
• Deliver a small amount of Humanities teaching.
• Provide high quality learning experiences for all children.
• Achieve outstanding academic results for pupils.
• Work as part of the senior teaching team.
• Support pupils in accessing their potential.

Requirements

• Strong subject knowledge of Geography.
• Effective communication and an engaging teaching style.
• Track record of outstanding academic results.
• Experience teaching Geography up to GCSE.
• Passion for teaching and commitment to high quality learning.
• Capability to work within a safeguarding framework: must undergo child protection screening, past employer checks, DBS.
