Ride Hosts

Helping our Guests experience the thrills in the safest possible way.

Housekeeping

Clearing, cleaning and preparing our rented holiday accommodation for our Holiday Village Guests.

Catering Crew

Baristas, Fish Fryers, Sandwich Artists and counter staff are always delivering fast food on the go (daytime and evening shifts available).

Restaurant Staff

Front of House professionals delivering great food with great service (daytime and evening shifts available).

Bartenders

Night time bartenders keep the party going to the small hours by being at the centre of the fun.

Park Cleaners

We pride ourselves on keeping our park litter free and having the highest standard of cleanliness in our facilities (day and evening shifts available).

Arcade Ambassadors

Customer service assistants who are focused on interacting with our Guests and keeping the fun rolling, late into the night in our cashless arcades.

Games Stall Hosts

Challenge our fun loving Guests to win great prizes.

Kitchens

Head Chef, Sous Chef, Kitchen Assistants & Kitchen Porters all help ensure we deliver great food.

Retail

Fun loving Sales Assistants helping our Guests find that special gift or souvenir in our shops.

Administration Support

We need a range of skills to keep the fun rolling including Accounts and Cash Office.

Admissions

Greeting our Guests with a smile and providing information about the park.

Security

SIA trained professionals ensuring we are safe and secure (day and night shifts available).

Holiday Village

Meeting and greeting our Guests at Reception and helping with enquiries.

Leisure Complex

Lifeguards and Customer Service Assistants who have a passion for sport and fun.

Warehouse

Stocking up the park ready for our thrill seekers.

Maintenance Team

Trades people keeping the park working.

Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, IT Assistants ensuring we maintain our equipment to the highest standards.

Flamingo Land does not provide any onsite staff accommodation.

Interviews for the new season will begin in February 2026. You will be contacted by our friendly Recruitment Team who will conduct an initial telephone chat with you and if successful, you will be invited to attend a face to face interview with one of our Department Managers. Interviews are typically 30 minutes and you will be asked a few competency based questions. If all goes well, you will join us for an induction day, where we will get you Resort Ready! Induction days are fun filled, full of facts about the Resort and will prepare you to work at the Resort. Roles will begin in March and run through until 1 November 2026.
