General Store Manager: Lead Ops, People & Growth

ASDA is seeking a General Store Manager for the Greater Manchester area. The role oversees day-to-day operations across Non-Food, Online and Customer departments to maximise availability, reduce waste, and ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient store.

You will work with the Operations Manager and department managers to maintain high standards, drive productivity, and create a customer-focused environment where store performance and team development go hand in hand.
