The OpportunityAsGeneral Sales Manager, you'll spearhead the business's strategic move into this exciting and fast-growing market. You'll be responsible for shaping and executing the sales strategy, leading a small but talented team, and driving revenue growth through new and existing relationships in thefood-to-go packagingspace.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on thefood-to-go packaging market.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with bothnew and existing clients, identifying opportunities to add value and deliver innovative solutions.
- Lead, coach, and inspire asales teamto achieve and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams acrossdesign, production, and innovationto deliver high impact, commercially successful outcomes.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to ensure the business stays ahead of the curve.
You'll bring a blend ofstrategic sales leadership and deep sector knowledge, ideally with a proven track record selling packaging into thefood-to-goorFMCGmarket. You thrive on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and inspiring others to deliver excellence.
You'll also have- Strong experience inprint or packaging sales, ideally withinfood-to-go or foodservice.
- A consultative approach with a keen eye fordesign, innovation, and premium quality.
- The ability tolead from the front, motivate teams, and drive business growth.
- Commercial awareness and confidence to operate at senior stakeholder level.
