Job Overview

We are recruiting for two part time positions: 36.5 hours per week (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) and 30 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday). Both roles include working Bank Holidays on a rotational basis and may require additional hours during peak trading periods.

Responsibilities

• Create attractive retail displays that showcase product ranges.
• Assist customers in locating products and provide product knowledge.
• Operate tills and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels in a Garden Centre environment.
• Support the team during busy periods and adapt to shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a department store, homeware, giftware, or garden products retail setting.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual merchandising.
• Friendly, customer focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Bank Holidays.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
