About the Role

This is a varied maintenance position, working as part of a team. Duties will include general repairs, property improvements and planned maintenance work across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• General property maintenance and repairs
• Painting and decorating
• Basic building and repair work
• Supporting refurbishment and improvement projects
• Responding to maintenance issues efficiently and professionally

What We're Looking For Essential:

• Previous experience and tools for property maintenance, building or a similar hands on role
• Good all round DIY and maintenance skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Reliable, trustworthy, and self motivated approach
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Full UK driving licence

• Polish language
