General Operator

Due to our ongoing expansion, we are continuing to hire General Operators. These are permanent roles.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Operate finishing equipment for the production of products
• Medical Implant Polishing
• Correctly perform all steps of cleaning operations
• Accurately identify cosmetic irregularities
• Visual inspection of parts and paperwork
• Responsible for the basic preventative maintenance of the equipment and ensure good housekeeping and workplace organisation are maintained.
• Maintain accurate records and report data on computerized system
• Support the training of new employees.
• Compliance with all site Environmental, Health and Safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned

Key Skills and Competencies

• Leaving certificate or equivalent
• Mechanically minded
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work shift - flexible
• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not essential as training is given
• Team Player
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Ensuring all Health & Safety is being followed.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player
• A self-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical & problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing Engineering environment
