Working hours : Mon - Wed: 5pm - 2:30am, Thur: 5pm- 10:15pm, Fri: 3pm - 12:30am

Our client Camden, are currently recruiting Full-Time General Operatives to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment with full training provided.

About the Role

You will play a key role in the production process, helping to manufacture high-quality uPVC windows and doors using both recycled and new materials. You'll be part of a team that prioritises quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrive at your workstation on time and maintain excellent attendance
• Follow all production procedures and processes accurately
• Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Identify and report faults or errors in products or machinery
• Carry out tasks confidently once training is completed
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Communicate clearly with your team leader and colleagues
• Strive to continuously improve performance and skills
• Represent the business in a professional and courteous manner
• Follow all Health & Safety rules, including proper use of PPE
• Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management
