️ Job Opportunity: Print Finisher / Production Operative

Are you ready to join a growing team in the heart of the UK graphics industry? We're seeking reliable, hands on Production Operatives to support our fast paced and energetic production department.

The Role

This is a shift-based position involving the operation of cutting equipment and active work in a busy production setting. Applicants must be available to work across the following fixed shift schedules:

• Earlies: Monday-Friday, 06:00-14:30 (Saturday work may be required)

• Days: Monday 08:00-16:30; Tuesday-Friday, 11:00-19:30

• Lates: Monday-Friday, 14:00-22:30

Safety & Induction

All new team members will participate in a thorough induction programme covering:

• Fire safety

• Risk assessments

• Safe Systems of Work (SSOW)

• Safety briefings

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times. Training will also include safe chemical handling and full guidance on operational safety procedures. Flexibility is essential to meet production demands.
