General Operative (C Licence) - Dublin City Council

Overview

General Operatives with a C Licence are vital to service delivery within Dublin City Council. Reporting to a supervisor or such person as may be designated by the City Council, the holder of the post is required to drive designated work vehicles, in support of frontline service delivery, across the City Council area. Their duties, however, are not confined to driving, and a General Operative (C Licence) will be expected to undertake outdoor, operational and manual tasks as assigned by management. At all times, they are expected to carry out their duties in a manner that enhances public trust and confidence in Dublin City Council.

Responsibilities

• Drive designated work vehicles across the City Council area in support of frontline service delivery.

Qualifications/Requirements

• General Operative (C Licence)
• Candidates are required to upload a copy of their Driving License at application stage.
• Candidates are required to complete the application form and assessment questions in full; we do not accept CVs.

Wages

€1,378.08 - €1,464.06 Per Fortnight
