Your new role

As a General Operator, you will play a key role in the production process, supporting the fabrication and assembly of high-quality products. You will be responsible for operating power tools and machinery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.Key duties include:

• Operating power tools and workshop equipment
• Assisting with fabrication and assembly processes
• Following instructions and production schedules
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working both independently and collaboratively within a team

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have experience using power tools and equipment (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Be able to take direction and follow instructions accurately
• Demonstrate strong communication skills
• Be capable of working both independently and as part of a team
• Show a proactive and reliable approach to work
• GCSEs (or equivalent) are desirable
