General Operative for our client's busy site.

Location: Market Drayton.

Job Details

Full time role. Work 4 on 4 off. Shift options: day (7am-7pm) or night (7pm-7am). Hours flexible. Overtime available after four shifts at £15.89 per hour.

Pay: £12.71 per hour (base), £15.89 per hour overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled operators in the factory to get products out to supermarkets.
• Work across various departments including loading materials, sorting fruit, quality checking.
• Perform manual handling and stand on feet during shift.

Qualifications

• Responsible attitude, flexible approach, quick learner.
• Previous experience as a Production Operative or Warehouse Operative is beneficial but not required (full training provided).
• Ability to work on feet for shift duration.
