About the Role

As a General Operative, you will play an important role in the production of high-quality uPVC windows and doors, working with both recycled and new materials. You'll be part of a team focused on quality, safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow production processes and procedures accurately
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Identify and report product or machinery faults
• Maintain high standards of quality and productivity
• Keep workstations clean, organised, and safe
• Communicate effectively with team leaders and colleagues
• Work safely and follow all Health & Safety procedures
• Use PPE correctly at all times
• Carry out other duties as required within the production environment
