Responsibilities

• Define and drive the venue's vision and strategic direction.
• Motivate and develop a high performing team.
• Ensure operational excellence and smooth day to day running of the venue.
• Drive profitability and revenue growth through effective management.
• Create exceptional and memorable customer experiences.
• Collaborate with corporate on strategic initiatives and best practices.
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in driving profitability and revenue within a business, preferably in retail or entertainment.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
• Commercial acumen and a results focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and customer experience skills.
• Ability to create exceptional and memorable customer experiences.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
