About the pub

The Jonty Farmer is a oneroom operation. The Jonty Farmer is within 1/2 mile of the main Derby University complex and easy access to the City Centre. The Jonty Farmer is currently well known for live music events and being the hub of community. It is currently trading around £14,000 per week and a65/35 wet led split.

We are looking for an experienced operator that loves sport and running a pub at the heart of the community. You mustbe a team builder and wanting to be the face of the business. We need an operator who is agile and resourceful and able to flip the many hats needed - sports, food, wet occasion and community events.
