We're looking for a General Manager for a premium food led pub in Fairfield, Bromsgrove. Salary up to £42,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub

The Swan is a charming, food led village pub full of character, featuring a cosy bar, intimate restaurant area and an attractive patio with a small children's play area. Trading c.60 covers and delivering a strong 60/40 food led split, the business averages £17k weekly sales, with Sunday lunch a key trading driver.

The pub attracts a loyal, predominantly middle aged to older demographic who value quality, consistency and high standards - these are non negotiable. There is significant opportunity to further embed the pub into the local community, grow regular trade and build a strong locals' following alongside its already solid dining reputation.

Ideally located within walking distance of the village shop and just 10 minutes from Bromsgrove and Halesowen, The Swan also benefits from spacious two bedroom live in accommodation.

What hours would I need to work?

As the General Manager of your pub, you'll be required to work at peak trading times which involves evenings & weekends, as well as peak trading days such as bank holidays & the festive period.
