General Manager - FMG Repair Services

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the success of the site, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and top tier service.
• Lead and motivate a high performing team, overseeing key operational and financial objectives.
• Optimize workflow, manage KPIs and foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Work closely with senior leaders to ensure compliance with industry standards and develop business strategies.
• Recruit, develop and retain top talent.

Qualifications

• Experience as a General Manager or equivalent senior leadership role.
• Strong background in automotive repair or related industries.
• Demonstrated expertise in operational excellence, customer service and commercial growth.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking and financial management skills.
