General Manager

Lakeside Hotel & Spa on the Southern shores of Windermere (1 mile from Newby Bridge) is owned by Classic Lodges. We have 83 luxury bedrooms, fine dining restaurant, brasserie, pool, spa and conference suite 'overlooking nothing but the lake'.

Taking full responsibility for the hotel, you will lead the senior management team and drive performance across Rooms, Food & Beverage and the wider operation.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Full operational and commercial responsibility for the hotel
• Driving revenue, GOP and overall profitability
• Leading a substantial and busy Food & Beverage operation
• Managing budgets, forecasting, payroll and departmental costs
• Working closely with Revenue and Sales to maximise occupancy, ADR and RevPAR
• Driving guest satisfaction and brand performance
• Developing and motivating the senior leadership team
• Ensuring consistently high operational and service standards
