As a General Manager, you will:

• Lead, inspire and develop your management and restaurant teams
• Own full budget and P&L performance, driving sales and controlling costs
• Ensure exceptional standards of health & safety, food safety and compliance
• Lead recruitment, training, succession planning and team engagement
• Champion our values and deliver consistently high standards of food, service and cleanliness

About You

• Proven experience managing teams in a restaurant or fast-food environment
• Strong commercial and operational management skills
• A visible, hands-on leader who leads by example
• Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and developing people
