• Own recruitment, development plans, and succession planning for your site

• Control stock, inventory, ordering, and waste to target

• Buildrotasthat balance availability,labourbudgets, and peak trade

• Review performance data toidentifyopportunities andtake action

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant

• Ability to deliver quality,safetyand cleanliness standards at all time

• Track recordof hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs

• Experience withlabourscheduling, stock management, and inventory systems

• Strong people leadership,you'vebuilt teams and developed future talent

• Experience in new-site openings or multi-site environments is beneficial

• The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced,ever-changingenvironment
