The White Hart sits in the beautiful coastal town of Lymington, on the edge of the New Forest. Dating back to the 1700s, this Grade II listed pub is steeped in history and full of charm. Following a multi-million-pound refurbishment, it will soon reopen as a warm and welcoming inn featuring a stylish bar with 57 covers, light-filled dining room with 96 covers, gorgeous outdoor terraces with 87 covers for al fresco dining, and a lawn garden perfect for summer gatherings.

This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced General Manager to join our team and lead the relaunch of this iconic New Forest pub.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a dynamic, commercially minded leader with a real presence and a passion for hospitality. You will have:

• At least 2 years' General Manager experience in a high end gastro pub or restaurant
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• A track record of running busy operations & overseeing large teams
• Experience driving business growth and managing budgets
• The ability to maintain exceptional standards across all areas
• A vibrant personality, with a talent for motivating and empowering your team
