As General Manager, you'll own your restaurant's success - leading operations, inspiring your team, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences. You'll be hands-on, people-first, and performance-driven.

You'll:

• Lead all daily operations and KPIs

• Drive sales, manage costs, and ensure top performance

• Deliver outstanding service, cleanliness, and food quality

• Oversee food safety, health & safety, and audits

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team

• Create an inclusive, motivating culture

• Be a proud brand ambassador in your community

• Fun, positive energy and a passion for people

• Proven leadership in hospitality or QSR

• Strong financial, operational, and compliance skills

• Hands-on, "lead from the front" approach

• Adaptability and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting
