• Previous experience as a General Manager / Dealer Principal within a motor trade business.
• A leader who motivates the team and leads from the front.
• Evidence of a steady and progressive career path.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workloads.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment, training, coaching, and development of staff.
• Full responsibility for the P&L of the dealership.
• Maintaining a strong relationship with the manufacturer.
• Focusing on customer service and ensuring staff deliver professional service.

For your hard work as a General Manager with our client, you can expect a salary of £50,000 basic with OTE up to £100,000!
