What you offer us?

Our General Managers work closely with the operations team to manage their business. We ask that you lead and inspire your team, find innovative ways to delight guests, and ensure excellent hospitality and quality food and drinks.

You will collaborate with your management team, including your head chef, to pair the finest food with the drinks and atmosphere that make each shift special.

You will be fully responsible for the Bars P&L, focusing on converting sales to profit. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure guests leave satisfied and eager to return.

You will train and develop your team, nurturing future stars, and contributing to the succession plan to develop internal talent into future Portobello General Managers.
